The 140th Canton Fair (China Import & Export Fair) is the world’s largest and most influential trade expo, held at the vast Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. Phase 2 showcases building materials, furniture, home décor, gift items, beauty products, artistic ceramics and kitchenware — making this the session for buyers sourcing home, gift and lifestyle products.

This fully-hosted six-day programme pairs four productive days on the fair floor with comfortable 4-star accommodation, daily Indian dining, and seamless transfers, so you can concentrate entirely on meeting suppliers and placing orders.

Package Cost

₹71,000 per person on a twin-sharing basis. Single supplement ₹87,900. International airfare is not included; the Chinese visa is included. This is a group departure subject to a minimum number of passengers.

Itinerary

Day 01 — India to Guangzhou (22 Oct 2026)

Fly to Guangzhou. On arrival, you are met by our English-speaking representative and transferred privately to the hotel. Check in and relax after your journey. Meals: Indian dinner.

Day 02 — Canton Fair · Phase 2 (23 Oct 2026)

After breakfast, morning transfer to the Canton Fair grounds at the Pazhou Complex for a full day of sourcing and supplier meetings. Return to the hotel in the evening. Meals: breakfast + Indian dinner.

Day 03 — Canton Fair · Phase 2 (24 Oct 2026)

After breakfast, morning transfer to the fair to continue exploring the exhibitor halls and finalising supplier contacts. Return to the hotel in the evening. Meals: breakfast + Indian dinner.

Day 04 — Canton Fair · Phase 2 (25 Oct 2026)

After breakfast, morning transfer to the fair for another full day of meetings and negotiations. Return to the hotel in the evening. Meals: breakfast + Indian dinner.
