“The 2 weeks trip organized by Cosima Travel was amazing. We (3 ladies in their 50ties from Germany and Switzerland) toured a week up north Delhi, Agra and Jaipur then we flew to Kerala where we visited Kochi, Thekkady and Munnar. The big final was the overnight boat trip on the backwaters. To organize the trip I got already 6 months ahead in touch with the travel agency. They sent suggestions and we did some adaptations. They organized the car, drivers, accommodation and guides for us. The final program was sent to us 1 day before the trip, which is normal in India. Hotels were offered in two categories and we chose between 3 and 4*. The hotels were an experience. For next time we would choose all 4*; 3* were okay but cleanliness sometimes a bit borderline. But the hotel staff were super friendly everywhere! The drivers and the cars were excellent. During the whole trip we were in contact with the travel agent and he immediately sorted out one problem we had in one of the hotels. In Agra, Jaipur and Kochin we booked local guides showing us around, organized by the travel agency. To be honest, next time I would organize them myself. Not because the travel agency did something wrong, but for my they were too „tourist oriented“. I prefer persons more „locally oriented“. Overall it was a really fascinating trip with a lot if exceptional memories. I can only recommend Cosima travel.”
