Overview

The 140th Autumn Canton Fair — the fair’s landmark 70th-anniversary session — runs across three product-focused phases at the Pazhou Complex in Guangzhou. This combined programme lets you attend two consecutive phases on one journey, so you can source across multiple product categories without a second trip.

Between the two fair phases, the itinerary adds a guided city tour, a market-shopping stop, a scenic Pearl River cruise, and a free day for independent sourcing — pairing productive days on the fair floor with comfortable 4-star accommodation and daily Indian dining.

Package Cost

₹1,00,000 per person on a twin-sharing basis, applicable to both Option 01 and Option 02. International airfare is not included; the Chinese visa is included. This is a group departure subject to a minimum number of passengers.

After breakfast, morning transfer to the Canton Fair grounds at the Pazhou Complex for a full day of sourcing and supplier meetings. Return to the hotel in the evening. Meals: breakfast + Indian dinner.

Day 03 — Canton Fair · Phase 1 (Mon, 19 Oct 2026)

Is sightseeing included?

Yes. Between the two fair phases you enjoy a guided Guangzhou city tour, a shopping stop, and an evening Pearl River cruise, plus a free day at leisure.

Is the Chinese visa included?

Yes. The Chinese business (M) visa is included in the package cost, and our Kochi visa desk handles the paperwork and invitation letter for you.

Are flights included?

No. International airfare is not included, but we can arrange your flights from Kochi or any major Indian city on request.
